Staff explained what was actually wrong instead of just replacing everything. Ended up costing less than I expected.

Waited all day for someone who never came, and nobody called to say so.
Clean, well organised and they stick to appointment times. Parking is tight but that is the area, not them.
Been going here for about three years now. Never had to argue about the bill, which is more than I can say for the last place.
