Tell us when something is wrong and we will fix it. There is no form you need an account for.

Wrong information on a listing

Use the report link on the listing itself. Wrong phone numbers and closed businesses are the two things we most want to hear about.

A review you believe is fake

Report the review and tell us why. We look at the account history and the pattern of the review, not just the rating. We do not remove reviews because a business dislikes them.

A bug on the site

Describe what you did, what happened and what you expected, and tell us which browser or phone you used. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

Something urgent or unsafe

If a listing is impersonating a real business or appears to be a scam, write to us directly rather than using the report link, and we will look at it the same day.
